RETURN POLICY

The customer unconditionally accepts all the following Terms before proceeding with any order.
1. The customer is obliged upon receipt to check the products to confirm the absence of external, aesthetic defects. In the event that there are any, he is entitled to reject the receipt of the item and return it to the distributor, otherwise to report the existence of aesthetic defects within 24 hours from the date of receipt.
2, RETURN OF PRODUCTS. The consumer has the right of withdrawal as provided for by law LAW 2251/1994 (Government Gazette 191 A’/ 16 November 1994) for distance contracts and sales. without stating the reasons and without any burden beyond those provided for in article 3θ paragraph 2 and article 3Ι. When upon delivery it is determined by the customer that there is a problem with the product, the Company is obliged to replace this item with a new one within a short period of time. In the event of unconditional receipt of the item after 14 days from the date of receipt, it is considered that it was delivered in excellent external condition without any absolute defect and that it operates according to its specifications.
 
Returns of products at the COMPANY’s expense are made in the following  cases and only Only for sales within Greece..
1. In all cases in which other than those sold are delivered
2., by type or quantity.
3.In the event that upon delivery the item has a damaged packaging, completely or in most of its parts.
In the event that it is determined that the item has a manufacturing defect (provided this is confirmed by the authorized repairer who provides the guarantee of good operation) or a lack of quality, which quality has been previously agreed in writing with the COMPANY. In the event that they are not returned within 14 days, then the Company may not accept any return and replacement.
Returns via mail, courier, bus, etc. are also not accepted. The return of products at the COMPANY’s expense will be carried out either by delivery to its headquarters or through the courier company with which the Company collaborates after contacting the company.

3 In the case of damaged packaging, the customer must not accept receipt of the product from the outset and request its replacement, after consultation with the COMPANY.
4, In cases of return at the company’s expense, the products must be returned in the condition in which they were received by the customer and at the agreed time. Any delay on the part of the customer is justified only for reasons of force majeure, otherwise the right to replacement based on this term is forfeited.
5, In all cases, the return of the product to be replaced must be made together with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. DAT, Retail Invoice, etc.) and its complete packaging (unless it is a defect that was discovered later after delivery and the packaging is not present or also except in the case of a product whose packaging was received by the distributors upon delivery of the item). The return of products at the COMPANY’s expense will be carried out either by delivery to its headquarters or via a courier with which the Company collaborates.
6. In case of return of the products within 14 days based on the law LAW 2251/1994 (Government Gazette 191 A’/ November 16, 1994, as the case may be, a repair or replacement will be carried out, otherwise the transaction will be canceled if the customer legally rejects the two previous ones, so, provided that the products have been previously received and checked by the COMPANY, in case of cancellation of the transaction, the method of refunding the money to the customer will be done in consultation with him.
7. In case the product works properly but the customer wants to return it because he has regretted his purchase or for other reasons of his own, this can only be done within 14 days from the purchase of the LAW 2251/1994 (Government Gazette 191 A’/ November 16, 1994. In this case, the customer is charged with the shipping costs of the product according to the receipt as well as the costs of returning the product. In case the payment was made through a credit institution, then the corresponding commission is also withheld. In this case, the return of the product must be made via a courier company (at the customer’s expense – otherwise it will not be accepted). Returns via mail, transport, KTEL, etc. are also not accepted.
8, In case of returning the product beyond 14 days, the customer may, in consultation with the Company, return the product without being entitled to a refund, but the amount of his purchase can be offset against another future purchase. In this case, the return of the product or damage must be made via a COURIER company (at the customer’s expense – otherwise it will not be accepted). Returns via mail ELTA, TRANSPORT COMPANIES, KTEL, etc. are also not accepted.
9, In ​​case the products are returned without the proof of purchase or with their packaging incomplete, damaged or scratched, the Company has the right not to accept them and to return them to the customer.
10, In case of damage beyond 14 days from the day of receipt of the product, the customer is obliged to return the product at his own expense to the company using the shipping method mentioned in article 8. For all products that require repair, the company undertakes to send them at his own expense to its supplier who is usually in another state for repair. The repair time is likely to last from 15 to 45 days depending on the state in which the supplier is located.
11, Under no circumstances can the customer demand replacement of the product and the only one who can judge this is the Company.
 
*For sales outside Greece, returns are made exclusively and only at the customer’s expense.
